Herzmoment - Hand - Carved Wooden Sculpture

The Wooden sculpture is lovely but the customer service is terrible. On the website it shows that orders are processed within 1-2 days and mine took over 9 days and missed a birthday. When emailing customer services, they kept sending me the same "scripted" email over and over again which told me nothing and didn't answer any of my questions. They said they would offer me a partial refund in early December and I have still not received it and my emails are going unanswered. Also, this item can be found cheaper rather than having it shipped from China and will be delivered in 2-3 days. I would avoid this company, but again the sculpture was nice.
