Cordless Electric Mop for Hard Floors

I have still not received the Cordless Electric Mop purchased on 8/9/25 for £57.90 number INT'L0061297572 I have only received the pads for the machine verified by the photo I forwarded to you I have not got any photo of the machine being delivered to my property still waiting for a conclusion to this matter Regards Brenda Wainwright

After sending emails back and forth since May 2025, I was told today, (14/7/25), that 'unfortunately, the mop is not included, its just the cleaning pads. I have emailed them back with screen shots of exactly what they are advertising, which is the mop, the cleaning pads and the charger. The (false) reviews make reference to how good the machine is, how the battery lasts a long time etc. I have informed them that I will be reporting this scam to trading standards. It's not the money, it's the principle. They need to be made to stop scamming people. If I can add the photo shots of what I sent them, I will. To everyone else, DO NOT BUY. They will send you just the cleaning pads and then tell you that the mop is not included. Although, the advert clearly states differently.
